About Me

Hi, I’m Victoria and I’m so glad you’re here!

I’m a holistic health and mindset coach, and group exercise instructor on a mission to empower corporate women to connect with themselves through movement, mindset, and nutrition so that they can thrive in a balanced lifestyle that serves them.

I’m originally from New York but for the last 5 years, I’ve called Sydney, Australia home. I started my career in professional services at PwC in New York City 10 years ago and since then I have worked in various roles across both Financial Services and People and Culture in the US and Australia.

I know what it feels like to have the realization that the corporate ladder you’re climbing doesn’t have a platform for you to stop and rest on. I too have chased the promotions and the accolades at the expense of my own health and well-being.

I had periods of time where I felt like I was in balance but those periods ended as soon as the next “opportunity” at work came up. I said yes to everything because I prided myself on being a team player who would push through any barrier to get it done.

I prioritized my health and well-being by sneaking workouts in at dinner time and heading straight back to my desk to eat my takeaway salad. However, I still never felt “healthy” or “well”. On the weekends I went away with friends or drank prosecco in the sun to distract myself from a reality I didn’t love.

Being this person worked for me for a long time, until it didn’t….

In March 2020 we went into our first COVID lockdown. I was working till 2 am most nights in my dark cold living room, whispering on calls with my team while my boyfriend was asleep.

I could feel the burnout looming. I noticed I was on a slippery slope moving in the wrong direction and so I knew I needed to make a change.

What I didn’t understand back then is that my most important KPI is feeling good, being happy with who I am, and living my own version of a Balanced Life. Once I recognized that my lifestyle is my responsibility, I was able to take meaningful action.

I created a vision for myself and aligned my actions to my ambitions for a Balanced Life that allowed me to grow personally and professionally.

I was still working full time but at the same time I was making myself a priority. I took up new hobbies like ocean swimming and road cycling. I studied with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) to become a certified holistic health coach. I then studied Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to become a certified practitioner. I also got certified to lead Group Exercise programs and started teaching rhythm cycling. I was growing in so many ways. I was happier at work and at home. Then when the time was right, I took some unpaid time off and went traveling.

I gave myself space to think about what was next for me and realized the thing I want to do most is help ambitious corporate women live a Balanced Life that is full of the things they love so they too can create the energy they need to sustain the lifestyle they desire and deserve.

If you see yourself in any of this, please get in touch. I look forward to connecting with you!
